The Chinese Elderly Portable Interactive Product Design Research

Population aging is the main feature of today’s society of human development, the rapid aging of the Chinese population structure and senior citizens in retirement quality of life is the important problems of contemporary Chinese society. Special populations, the elderly, in the face of increasingly complex intelligence products encountered more obstacles than the young, and very few target users of the product for the elderly.Early step to consider the design of interactive products for the elderly, weakening its gap with age, older people to fully enjoy the technology brings the convenience and fun of the major issues facing today’s society.This paper consists of six parts:Part Ⅰ:Introduction. A comprehensive overview of the paper background, purpose, meaning, content, and research methods.Part Ⅱ:the behavior of the people, people, technology integration in the scene when the use of the product and the products of four basic elements of analysis of the status of the elderly interactive products.Part Ⅲ:detailed analysis of the three aspects of the functionality, interface, emotional, established elderly interactive products.Part Ⅳ:way to carry four aspects of the product intersubjective the product interacts interaction technology, products and research analyzed the elderly portable interactive user model and system model.Part Ⅴ:To analyze the results, and applied to the design practice.Part Ⅵ:summary of research topics and the inadequacies, and follow-up studies to make a certain outlook.
