In the 21st century,the wave of aging has spread all over the world.As the world's largest population country,the trend of China's aging society is continuing to increase,and the issue of old-age services has attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Due to the increase in age,the functions of the elderly are gradually reduced and become a high-risk group of chronic diseases.As the basic guarantee for the physical safety of the elderly,health care services have gradually become the focus of design research.At the same time,with the extensive development of intelligent information services,the awareness of public health care and daily health care is gradually improved,medical products are no longer constrained by traditional institutional space and therapeutic categories,and intelligent detection,monitoring and physiotherapy medical products are gradually entering.family environment.Home smart medical products can not only help families to master the health status of the elderly in real time,but also provide pre-treatment programs for general chronic diseases.This has alleviated the psychological burden of the elderly to a certain extent,facilitated child care,and saved medical expenses and social medical resources.However,the decline of perception,cognition and behavioral ability of the elderly and the development of intelligent products of medical products have gradually shown more and more contradictions,and the obstacles of interaction are becoming more and more obvious.Based on the barrier-free design concept,this topic proposes the interaction design principle of home medical products based on the obstacles and dilemmas in the process of interaction between the elderly population and intelligent medical products,in order to improve the natural and efficient interaction of senior users.First of all,it sorts out the design status of home smart medical products,analyzes its current problems from the aspects of social development,market supply and demand,and user needs,and proposes future development directions such as portability and personality.Secondly,on the basis of literature review and theoretical deduction,the basic principles of barrier-free design are summarized,which lays a foundation for the research of the subject.Thirdly,based on the interaction process between the elderly population and typical products,the three types of interaction barriers of operation,cognition and emotion are proposed,and the interaction model between the elderly population and the home medical products is constructed.Based on this,the principles of security,simplicity,ease of use,high fault tolerance and emotional interaction design are proposed.Finally,taking the smart medicine box as an example,the interactive design practice of the elderly intelligent medical products with accessibility as the goal was carried out,and the information architecture,interactive prototype,hardware interface and auxiliary WeChat applet deduction were constructed.And the user satisfaction evaluation was carried out and the effect was good.
