State power sector in the energy measurement and testing aspects of the investment is also growing. In order to accurately measure the user’s electricity consumption in each of energy meter calibration has been artificially low efficiency. This paper presents a power measurement device line automatic detection system, manual calibration can solve a series of problems, and significantly improve the accuracy of the measurement light users.This paper aims to verify the remote metering systems, and designed a site to remotely monitor and verify efficacy of remote meter devices. In the design process, this paper uses the Siemens S7-200PLC controller-based CPU, used to select the switch array of controls and verification of data collection. The function selector switch array which is selected based on efficacy requirements is efficacy of the energy meter, the main structure is composed of three groups composed of different number of relays. PLC will be the main controller module of all the collected from the efficacy data transmission via GPRS DTU to the GPRS network. This article is based on the selected Siemens GPRS DTU Communication Module MC55produced based development. GPRS network through the entire system the way communication with the remote PC, in order to achieve the remote meter calibration. In the remote, that the host computer side, the way through the graphic display operated by the inspectors, using the host computer’s processing power can be achieved strong remote data processing and data storage.In this thesis, the energy measurement device automatically check the system can accurately and timely upload the report monitored the operation of meter, GPRS communication module operating normally, you can complete the accurate communication. The design fully automatic online verification to achieve the desired design requirements. |
