Abstract:It has an important significance to the study of energy measurement that is foundation of energy production, consumption and import and export trade settlement. Electronic technology, networking technology and computer technology spring up in digital era of the 20th century, which provides technical support for the digitization of energy metering. It has important strategic significance for the research of intelligent measurement which is an important part of intelligent city. The main applications is on-line monitoring and remote calibration. In this paper, design energy metering system by combining with the characteristics of energy measurement and intelligent, and build physical simulation device, test, and its main contents are as follows:First, this paper elaborates the background of this subject, and reviews the development and application of intelligent measurement networking technology and remote calibration technology based on the basis of the relevant literature. Next, introduce the principles of intelligent measurement system and remote calibration, and the calibration model of liquids and gas flow meter. Then, design the hardware system of intelligent measurement, including water and oil and gas physical simulation device and the terminals which is based on wireless ad-hoc network. Finally, design the system software platform, and describe the communication protocol and wireless ad-hoc network algorithms and protocols.After the completion of the system, carries out a series of system testing experiment, and assess the uncertainty of calibration system. Experimental results show that it has good communications between with terminal and platform, data can be real-time and accurately transmitted to the system software platform. It gets that the expanded uncertainty of remote calibration of the water, oil and gas is 0.78% and 0.52%(k=2). The system has the feasibility of practical application.
