City Lighting and lighting engineering has important significance for municipalconstruction. City street lamps and landscape lighting is the most basic public facilities,which is related to the road traffic safety and the people living facilities. Now the societyhas already entered the high-tech, modern atmosphere rich era, people’s daily life has beento achieve automation.GPRS technology is a kind of high speed transmission, always online, according tothe actual consumption flow charging of a high speed data processing technology, access toa wide range, high-speed data transmission, fast connection, can keep forever online,according to the calculation cost flow, applied to various communication protocols support,realize the point to point communication. Compared with the existing wirelesscommunication technology, decided to realize remote communication, using GPRStechnology to realize data transmission, detection and control of street lamp lighting.This paper is the research and development of intelligent lighting GPRS three remotemeasurement and control device based on hardware design and software design, finallyachieve the functional requirements. Equipment can do telemetry, remote communicationand remote control of three remote, single node detection, control group control nodedetection and loop detection. Intelligent lighting GPRS three remote control device usingGPRS module and the Internet connection based on the measuring plate measuring device,electric control box three-phase power supply voltage phase voltage value, current value12.
