The four outdoor flat garden project (hereinafter referred to as: GL project) is a divisionof engineering in the Golden Valley project four residential development in the district.Involved in the market require a higher pressure, show time. As the project manager of theproject, I must find a suitable method of its progress control, to explore how to effectivelyapply advanced theory and effective way to control project progress to ensure that the projectrun as scheduled.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the study, the researchprogress at home and abroad to control the relevant literature, as the basis of the thesis, anddescribes the method and content of this thesis. Then describes the project background andproject profiles, the main course of development and current status of the CMPD company,the organizational structure of the company projects, the GL project features and process.Next under critical ratio target given in the company, the project network diagram method,critical path method, the earned value method and the critical ratio method combine togetherto develop a the GL project schedule programs and progress control embodiments. Based onGL project progress control, the development of a project network diagram to determine theprogress of the project checkpoint to identify the critical path; running of the project, throughthe completion time of the project characteristics and construction features of the twosub-projects as a node, the use of earned value, and key ratio analysis project progress;regularly check the critical path, and monitor the critical path is shifted. Based on the analysisof the results to develop responses, whether to take the changes in order to ensure the smoothimplementation of the GL project schedule. Finally, analysis of the GL project the progress ofthe implementation of the data, to evaluate its implementation effect, and draw experience andenlightenment of project progress control.The results of this study show that the application of network planning technology in theGL project, preparation of project network diagram and identify the critical path, combinedwith critical path earned value analysis, and control of the critical ratio analysis and dynamicmonitoring critical path can effectively identify and control network plan the progress of themission-critical in order to better control of the progress of the project. The progress of theproject development for real estate enterprises control has a certain reference.
