The Design And Implementation Of Three-dimensional Visualization Mis Of The Panzhihua Electric Power Bureaus Substation Equipment

With the rapid development of the national intelligence, informatization,standardization, and the un-intuition of the two-dimension information based on theSG-186,the establishment of the three-dimension ledger information in the PanZhiHuaElectric power bureau is highly demanded. So, combined with the three-dimensionvisualization technology and the two-dimension digital information system is a betterway to improve the technical supervision of the devices’ security, deficiencymanagement, engineering management, the level of the incident emergency reparing,but reduce the cost of the materials management and safety production.Based on the three-dimension visualization information management system of thePanZhiHua Electric power bureau and the present situation of the three-dimensioninformation technology, this paper put forward a way to combine the two-dimensioninformation system and the three-dimension scene to solve the problem above,which isusing the3DMAX software to redraw the three-dimension model of the real substation;using the virtual reality modeling language (VRML) to put the three-dimension sceneinto the webpage with the function of auto-roam,man-control-roam, specific locationselecting, collision detection, device information inquiry, searching,etc. The data of thedevice was storaged in the SQL sever data base, Java Applet and the VRML were set inthe same page. The three-dimension scene was controlled by the Java Applet throughchanging the value of the location. So that, the Java Applet can not only control theVRML scene but also the HTML, in other words they are interactive, so thetwo-dimension information system and the three-dimension scene are combined witheach other.In this system, you can click the three-dimension model to show the specificdevice information which is relevant, you can also enter the name of the device youwant to see, the system will locate the three-dimension model you choose automatically,which is quite easy and impressive. Through that, we built the three-dimension ledger ofthe substation and accomplished the visualization of substation device informationmanagement system.
