In 2009,the State Grid Corporation of China put forward to build a strong intelligent grid and started a pilot project of intelligent substation.The conventional intelligent substation secondary system usually include multiple subsystems,which is not conductive to routine maintenance and stable operation of the grid;Different subsystems belong to different fields,which makes data logic calculation of master station very difficult;It has certain optimization and integration condition that duplicated arrangement of equipment in station level and independent arrangement of equipment in bay lever and process level;The new-generation intelligent substation,based on the engineering design,construction and operation of the existing intelligent substation,sorts out and integrates functional requirements,explores technical research and development,which are essential requirements of transformation pattern for the grid's development.Compared to the conventional intelligent substation,great changes happened in the new-generation intelligent substation secondary system which are reflected in the layering protection and control system,the secondary system condition monitoring and the time synchronism system.these changes need a deep research to provide reliable evidence for the later operation and maintain of the intelligent substation.Starting from research on the new-generation intelligent substation secondary system and combining the construction of 110 kV HaoCun substation,the thesis will put forward a reasonable secondary system construction solution,laying a solid foundation on the construction,operation,and maintaining for substations of the same type.The thesis first discusses the existing problems of the conventional intelligent substation in the secondary system,interpreting the necessity of the new-generation intelligent substation,and make an analysis of the present problems.Then Analyze the key technology of the new-generation intelligent substation secondary system,and make a deep analysis of model creation and frame implement.combining the construction of 110 kV HaoCun substation,the thesis will put forward a design project about the new-generation intelligent substation from researching on the networking scheme,the station protection,the secondary equipment integration scheme,the optical cable optimization and integration,advanced application and so on.At last,the thesis will come up with the requirements for the operation and maintaining in the new-generation intelligent substation secondary system and show the expectation for the prospect of the development.The thesis does a comprehensive research on the technology system of the new-generation intelligent substation secondary system combining the construction of 110 kV HaoCun substation,and finally forms a research system of a hierarchical protection control system,the secondary equipment integrated applications,prefabricated secondary equipment solutions,which provides the reference for the construction,design operation and maintaining of the new-generation intelligent station.
