| In recent years, with the rapid development of national urban rail transport undertakings,subway construction project in terms of the number and scale have a dramatic growth, andmade remarkable achievements. However, security risks are unprecedented challenges of thesubway security. In order to reduce the security risk, the subway security system hasgradually become an integral part of urban subway construction project. As otherconstruction projects, in the process of the subway security system project management itreveals many problems, such as quality and difficulties of cost control, specification ofconstruction management the does not sound, the level of engineering staff is uneven, theseproblems not only affect the progress of the schedule of the project, but also easily have anegative impact on the quality of the project. In this paper, to a city subway security systemproject for example, combined the characteristics of the subway security engineeringconstruction, as the main lines of the preliminary management in the construction process,project construction process management, project management testing and acceptanceprocess, and the late management, to illustrate the management solutions of the constructionprocess, to expand empirical study around the application of the theory of projectmanagement in the construction of subway security systems engineering.This article analysis the characteristics of the subway security system constructionproject deeply, draws lessons from the advanced theory such as the core elements of theproject management and human resources management, uses methods of literatureinvestigation, expert investigation, statistical analysis, empirical research and comparativecomprehensive, using a combined technology roadmap of theoretical methods andpractical research, divided project management stage based on the main features of thesubway security system construction.
