Empirical Research On Project Management Of Security Monitoring System Construction For The Subway

Due to China’s 12 th five-year plan, developed cities in China are on the way of integration. For better transportation systems, they are trying to improve their key development indexes. Subway, for most developed cities, is the transportation that brings convenience and safety. All the benefits above leads to massive construction of Subway projects. In the same time, safety issue arises as priority during subway construction projects and it comes as a big challenge. Subway security system becomes a critical part when it comes to Subway constructions projects. The system is hard to manage just as other big construction projects due to its difficulties in floated costs, incomplete management system and unbalance between quality and technical level of workers. All issues mentioned above not only slow down project progress but also affect project’s quality. To solve the problem, the article analyzes the subway security system based on certain cities and investigates on sorts of project management guidelines when the project is under construction.By combining the reality with the theories,I will make the best of calculation regarding indexes of subway security system and safety. Every procedure has been analyzed beforehand. With the clear target, the construction will be smooth. Adjustment will be made based on certain factors such as weather conditions and geological conditions. In the meantime, the experienced construction team will proceed the underground work.
