Study On The Developing Of Urban Spatial Structure Along Ji’an

Urban spatial structure of the West has gone from an intuitive form to the system levelanalysis. At present, China is basically in the study of urban spatial structure and urbanform of positivist research stage. For China’s Specific ideology and management system,from a planned economy to a market economy, the financial contract system from1980to1994the tax system, Government has always played the role of the operator rather thanmanagers, large amounts of capital （especially land） are controlled by the government, sothey determine the urban spatial structure by allocation of productions.This paper search from China’s actual conditions, with economic geography, sociology,systems and other related theories, select a sample city of Ji’an to study, analyzing theevolution of urban spatial characteristics and motivation. On the basis, pre-sentence thedevelopment trend of urban space, and then propose governance strategies of Ji’an.Ji’an is in a period of rapid urbanization, economic development and urbanconstruction had made great achievements. In recent years, as more and more enterprisesget into Ji’an, Ji’an has entered a period of industrialization, employment opportunities,significant concentration of population, the rapid development of trade logistics. Aroundthe industrial layout urban construction, making the city’s development into a simpleprofit-driven business practices, business and government co-led the development of thecity in this process. Pursue the best interests of simple model, brought rapid economicdevelopment will inevitably lead to urban sprawl at the same time, environmentaldegradation, urban problems has become increasingly prominent, and these will become abottleneck restricting the development of the city. Therefore, the article attempts to sum upthe urban development in a rational way by study the sample city of Ji’an, these experiencewill eventually be used in Ji’an city on a similar, provides a new way for the developmentof China’s rapid urbanization.This research ideas：With "Space evolution-Features summary-Dynamic analysis-Situation to judge-Strategic thinking" as the core, according to questions-analysis of theproblem-solve the problem of context started. By collating the process of spatial andtemporal changes in the process of urban space of Ji’an, this article analysis the rapidurbanization, rapid industrialization in the context of spatial evolution, dynamics, laws,momentum, and ultimately to explore a sustainable way.
