| As the human society enters in Information Periods during the end of the20th century and the beginning of the21st century, a large number of historic architectures are faced with huge challenges in the process of urbanization. And as the existing mode of production and life style was changed, many institutions and industrial production storage facilities have been abolished or transferred to the new district city, so left quite a number of industrial architectures. These plant communities have been glorious mission of industrial production has ended, but their life is far from over. Since the1970s, the West from demolition and construction of a large to old building adaptive reuse as the characteristics of the wave of the new city revival. Our country faces the trend of urban rapid updates, how to save these historical and civilization of industry historic architectures, are becoming popular topics among architects.Beginning with searching for the solutions for reusing Ping He Packing Plant, the first chapter is introduction. And the second one discussed the distribution of industry historic architectures in Hankou concession district of Britain, analyzed the process of continuous expansion of this architecture, and combining with the current survey, from the macro, meso, micro three level analyzed the relationship between the city, the building block and base itself,and combine government macro planning analyzed the Qingdao road area positioning, and concluded that the overall direction of development base, as a result, from the objective angle turns to subjective discussion base construction, in this paper, described it value and non-use value, and then provided a reference basic research about the design research on adaptive reuse of Ping He Packing Plant. In the third chapter, the paper combined with SWOT strategy, analyzed the architecture specific function space, combining the design principle, analyzed the problems of the transformation and putted forward some solutions, and through three aspects of reform concluded the characteristics of this architecture, and combined with the method and the detail of reconstruction. In the fourth chapter, combined with this architecture of adaptive reuse design analysis, from the evaluation system and looking for the breakthrough point two angle profound consideration, industry historic architectures general applicability. The it is expected to offer some useful meaning for the correlative design for the future. |
