| With number of aircraft parts, complex structure, frequently design changes, demandingconfiguration, the aircraft manufacturing process is a complicated and dynamic systemengineering with many data. How to build a simple and complete data model according toaircraft manufacturing process is always a difficult in actualizing informationization. Basedon aircraft manufacturing enterprise’s requirement and management thoughts, this paperstudies the manufacturing data model and process management system.In this paper, firstly analyzes various views of BOM in manufacturing enterprise fordifferent applications, and then make further research to effectiveness of the full configurationMBOM and BOM breakdown work. Based on computer application, make research toBOM structure model and traversal algorithm.Then oriented aircraft component assembly process remands, introduced the AOdefinitions and instantiation process. This paper introduced AO-driven production monitoringprogram base on the research of material process state changes.Also, for the frequently engineering change for MBOM during manufacturing process,this paper researched on ink change and engineering change management. In order tomaintain the consistency of data during engineering change, proposed engineering changemanagement base on work-flow and BOM consistency check method.Finally, Base on an aircraft manufacturing company’s practical requirements, theManufacturing BOM Management System is designed and developed according to the studyabove. |
