Involving many departments, long period and strict quality requirements, the production of Aircraft assembly is a very complicated process. Integrating digital control in Aircraft assembly production to realize transparent, orderly and efficient production is always the target of aircraft assembly enterprise for continuous optimized production. This paper analyzes the situation and existing problems in the civil aircraft assembly management. Puts forward the manufacturing execution system(MES) solutions for aircraft assembly digital control, then discusses the key techniques and implementations.First, analyzes the characteristics of the aircraft assembly business, then summarizes the problems existing and sums up the application requirements of aircraft assembly digital production control. Based on this designs the system overall frame of MES for aircraft assembly, mainly includes plan management, process management, execution and monitoring, quality management, manufacturing resources management, etc.Second, study in-depth the key technology and implementations for core functions of MES for aircraft assembly. Models the order of process route and assembly outline, analyzes the digital closed loop process of aircraft assembly planning and execution and designs the digital production execution monitoring centered on process route and assembly planning sheet, then implements visual monitoring by production KanBan; Models quality data and process based on the characteristics of quality business, adopting workflow technology to realize the quality process definition and implementation, controls assembly operation privileges by electronic stamp, generates digital delivery quality archive, analyzes?forecasts?improves product quality through the quality statistics and evaluation; By modeling the life cycle of manufacturing resources and studying the warehousing, delivery and completeness to improve the efficiency of manufacturing resources management.Finally, Base on AVIC SAC Commercial Aircraft Company Limited practical requirements, the MES for aircraft assembly is designed and developed, it realizes digital production management and control. This paper presents the architecture of system and parts of the core functions.
