With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology,modern enterprises are developing towards the direction of comprehensive automation and enterprise informatization.Meanwhile,the combination and penetration of multidisciplines promotes the popularization and development of basic automation technology,and the management information system is also applied and perfected.Therefore,the conditions for realizing the integration of real-time control and accurate management of process in production are increasingly mature,which will eventually help enterprises to establish a new model of integrated automation.In this environment,Manufacturing Execution System(MES)stands out in manufacturing industry,especially in machinery manufacturing industry.As important constituent of the informatization system applied by modern manufacturing enterprise,in the past decade,MES is developing rapidly at home and abroad,providing users with a lean production,quick response and the flexible manufacturing process management environment,and helping enterprises to reduce production cost,fulfill contract,improve product quality and optimize the service quality.Besides being suitable for the single mass production mode,the MES also plays its significant role and advantage itself in the multi-batch production mode of parallel product development,thereby is of great research significance in the context of national promotion of the integration of informatization and industrialization,as well as the realization of industry 4.0.Taking the machining workshop of Capital Aerospace Machinery Co.,Ltd.as an example,the research object of this subject is the MES of the machining workshop of aerospace machinery,which is mainly used to study the MES under the production model of multi-model coexisting and batch production and product parallel development.The main purpose of the study is to take advantage of the information technology to better adjust and optimize the production process without changing the existing management system,so as to achieve the goal of improving production efficiency and strengthening quality.At the same time,the data interface of various systems is used to integrate the key production information of relevant systems,so as to integrate the complete production process of aerospace machining workshop into the MES as much as possible,and to solve the isolation of production information resulting from poor information communication.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research significance of this subject and the development background of execution system;The second chapter mainly discusses the basic concepts and theoretical models of MES;The third chapter mainly analyzes the production model and internal demand of the machining workshop of Capital Aerospace Machinery Co.,Ltd.;The fourth chapter mainly studies the design idea and informatization model of the manufacturing executive system of the aerospace machining workshop;The fifth chapter mainly demonstrates the realization of MES for the aerospace machining workshop.
