With the rapid development of science and technology in the modern society,Correspondingly,the demand for energy increases day by day, in our country more and more non-renewable energy resource is being mined and used vigorously, make the energy is facing thedanger of exhaustion. At present, as a kind of new energy is being used reasonably including wind,solar, biomass energy and ocean power and so on. Renewable energy resources are rich in ourcountry, having the large-scale development of resources and technical potential, so this kind ofresources can provide enough energy for the future development of society and economy, thusrenewable energy has the broad prospect.In order to have a research and analysis for wind power in the laboratory, meanwhile,limitations and inaccessibility exist in the wind field, establishing a rotor simulation experimentplatform method is put in the case. Through the establishment of the rotor simulation to completethe communication with PC and lower computer, we can realize the rotor simulation in thelaboratory at this time.First, it is necessary to build wind mathematical model and consider various wind speed in theactual wind, then make these parts of wind form combination wind speeds, so it is effective tosimulate the combination wind speed of the natural world, then setting a model for combinationwind and having corresponding simulation in Matlab/simulink, through the observation of windspeed curve and then having a comparison with wind speed curve in the actual wind field to verifythe correctness of the wind speed model, And then according to the maximum wind power theoryand relevant knowledge of aerodynamic to build whole rotor model, using Matlab/simulink to finishmodeling and simulation, according to simulation curve and relevant knowledge to verify thecorrectness of the rotor model as well. In the process, It’s need to have a setting for wind speedgiven module of load torque, including filtering wind speed; To join the load torque when angularvelocity of rotor is optimal, then it’s will be more appropriate to simulate the actual operation of therotor, to achieve a good result. Finally, the rotor simulator is established, mathematical model andrelationship between various rotor physical variables will be converted into a computer language byusing command language, and then programming in computer to draw the rotor of torque and speedparameters, this signal will be transferred to the inverter by communication lines which have beendesigned and then control asynchronous motor, make the output characteristics meet thecharacteristic parameters which are required. At the same time, some important parameters of themotor can be displayed in the PC to realize two-way communication.
