The modeling and simulation technology of wind power system is of great significance for the in-depth study of theoretical techniques and engineering applications of wind power systems.In order to solve the problems of complex wind power generation environment,random and diverse working conditions,high cost and difficulty in conducting on-site wind power generation experiments,the scheme of semi-physical wind power generation simulation system was proposed,using a combination of theoretical simulation and physical simulation to visually simulate the operation of wind power generation systems,the research results provide a new approach to the study of wind power generation system simulation technology in a laboratory environment.The main research content of the paper includes:(1)Study of theoretical models and simulation schemes for wind power systems.By analysing the functional requirements of the semi-physical wind power generation simulation system,the simulation system design scheme is proposed,which specifically includes the theoretical simulation software module,the electrical control module,the mechanical drive trains module and the generator module.The simulation model of wind turbine based on the combined wind speed and optimal leaf tip speed ratio method was established,and the M5 model tree algorithm was used to establish the actual output power simulation model.(2)Design of transmission module for semi-physical wind power simulation system.Based on the proposed semi-physical wind power simulation system scheme,the mechanical transmission mechanism composed of the simulation system was designed,and the finite element analysis of the force situation of key components was carried out,the motion simulation of the transmission mechanism was simulated for the whole,the rationality of the design of the transmission mechanism device was verified,and the design of the transmission module of the semi-physical wind power simulation system was completed.(3)The development and implementation of semi-physical wind power simulation systems.Based on the established theoretical simulation model,the wind power generation experimental simulation software was developed,including the modules of instantaneous state optimal simulation and continuous natural working condition simulation,etc.According to the system simulation control requirements,the drive control module based on PLC and variable frequency drive was proposed,and the communication between the simulation parameters of the simulation software and the drive control module was realized through the communication interface,in order to achieve the purpose of simulating different wind power generation system operation conditions.(4)A semi-physical wind power simulation system was established for experimental research.Experimental platform of the simulation system was built by combining hardware and software to conduct experimental research on wind power system simulation.The data on wind speed,power coefficient and output power were measured.The results show the effectiveness of the method in simulating complex wind speed environments,random and variable operating conditions,and the operational characteristics of different wind power systems.
