Development of wind electricity conversion system (WECS) not merely can save the routine energy resources, but also is favor of the environmental protection and one of the effective ways of improving the makeup of the energy resources and decreasing pollution of the environment. Thus it can bring immediate economic benefits, community benefits and environment benefits. After research R&D status of home and abroad large-scale wind generation set, from the two model, constant speed wind turbine or variable speed wind turbine, decided the structure and parameter of variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) wind turbine. The operating principal, why and the control system composing are also presented. The VSCF control technique is one of the most difficulties and key points in the whole wind generation system. On doubly-fed VSCF wind generation system, this paper presented the relationship of voltage, current, power and torque in doubly-fed generator, based on equivalent circuit. Building mathematical model of doubly-fed generator, this paper have founded the rotating axis frame and obtained the stator flux field oriented control strategy. Thus you can get the linear control characteristic like DC motor.Through the analysis of the work principle and topology frame of three phases voltage resource PWM converter, set up the mathematic models, study the control strategy, show that three-phase PWM converters are advantageous in high power factor, small input-line current harmonic distortion and bi-directional power flow. Finally proceed the netting experiments by using equipment in library.we can conclude that netting power of doubly-fed generator using oriented control strategy have the advantage of quickly synchronizing speed and small impactive current.
