China has the vast mountainous area, the use of limited land resourcesin mountainous areas in all the cities and towns has become an important selection forChina urban construction process. As the economic of cities has been developed, acrossthe country has speeded up the pace of construction of industrial parks, the function androle of the industrial parks has been also increased complex. The industrial parks is nolonger just a simple place for reproduction of the industrial establishments、a place forfactories gathering, but also a place for the regeneration of a city. So the construction ofindustrial parks is also increasingly important. Similarly, the industrial parks of themountain towns have assumed increasingly important mission. The suitable landselection for the building of industrial parks in the mountainous environment is the basisof construction and development of the mountainous industrial parks, the research of themethod for choosing suitable land is the most important thing.First of all, the paper has summarized the theory and practice of the industriallocation in domestic and foreign、the land use in domestic and foreign and the landplanning and use of industrial park, from this we can clearly recognized the currentlydirection and achievement of the study on the land use and selection theory of industrialparks.Secondly, due to the paper mainly take the Fuling Longqiao Industrial Park as anexample, so this paper has introduced the project’s background and the project’soverview of the Fuling Longqiao Industrial Park, from the introduction we can establishthe basic knowledge and understanding of the project.Third, the paper has taken the Fuling Longqiao Industrial Park as an example, andit explored and summed up the selection method of mountainous industrial park landfrom the macro level、the meso level and the micro level, it also introduced someapplication examples. The macro level refers to the location selection of mountainousindustrial park, this part of the paper first introduced and summarized the locationselection method of the industrial parks of mountainous areas which based on thecomprehensive evaluation of superiority of the land, then built the principle of the location evaluation system、selected the relevant impact factor、summarized the methodof location evaluation and selection, finally combined with the location selection ofindustrial parks in Fuling to explain. The meso level refers to the land selection ofindustrial parks, this part of the paper mainly introduced the land selection method ofthe industrial parks of mountainous areas based on factor overlay and zoning evaluation,then built the principle of the land selection and evaluation system、selected theinfluencing factors and indicators、summarized the weight of every single factor、set thescore standard、explained the evaluation method、carried out comprehensive assessmentand zoning, finally explained the land selection method of the industrial parks ofmountainous areas by the process of land selection of the Fuling Longqiao IndustrialPark. The micro level refers to the land layout and the land use strategy of industrialpark, this part of the paper mainly introduced the reasonable land use strategies of theindustrial parks of mountainous areas for the mountain features, then summd up thecharacteristics of the land of mountainous industrial park、built the principle of how touse the land of mountainous industrial park rational、summarized the method of how touse the land of mountainous industrial park rational, finally explained the reasonableland layout and land use strategies of the industrial parks of mountainous areas by themethod of the land layout and land use of the Fuling Longqiao Industrial Park. Whensummarized land selection and use method of the macro level、the meso level and themicro level, the paper also explained all the methods by the case of other industrialparks, which contributed to a more comprehensive understanding and summarized.Finally, the paper has summarized the land selection method of the macro level、themeso level and the micro level of the industrial parks of mountainous areas, thenintroduced the planning scheme of the Fuling Longqiao Industrial Park which formedby this selection and use method. In addition, this final part has summed up theinadequacies of this paper and the future research directions.
