Study On Spatial Organization Optimization Of Villages And Towns In Xinyi Area

The optimization of spatial organization of villages and towns is a problem whichhas to be faced in order to integrate into the world economy and the overalldevelopment of the whole district better, as well as to realize scientific development ofboth county areas. The study on optimization of spatial organization of villages andtowns in Xinyi areas has both theoretical and practical significance of enriching thetheory on optimization of spatial organization and widening the angle of optimization ofspatial organization, as well as realizing both the economical and social development ofthe district of Xinyi area.Based on summarizing relative studies, guided by the theory of spatial structure, thetheory of sustainable development, and the theory of overall planning urban and ruraldevelopment, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities andchallenges of optimizing the organizations of villages and towns in Xinyi area; analysesthe differences of development between towns in Xinyi area from the following fourangles: economic development, town construction, social development and ecologicalprotection. By building the system of indicators, this paper analyses the similarities anddifferences of the development between different areas in Xinyi area, and uncovers thecurrent situation of spatial structure. According to the current situation of villages andtowns in Xinyi area and China’s relative technical standards, this paper emphasizes onthe optimization of spatial organization of villages and towns in Xinyi area from thesefour aspects: spatial structure; pattern of ecological protection; industrial layout;distribution of public service facilities. At the end, this paper structures the system ofsolutions on optimization of spatial organization of villages and towns in Xinyi areafrom three aspects: organizational guarantee; elements guarantee; planning guarantee, inorder to guide the optimization of spatial organization of villages and towns in Xinyiarea as well as support the overall development of Xinyi area.
