Laos is the Indochina peninsula only inland country, which is one of thelessdeveloped countries in the world. The market of construction projects in Laos stillappear many problems, not mature and do not have a perfect construction projectsystem. In the early1990s, construction industry in Laos has gradually developed. Atthe same time, Chinese contracting business also entered Lao construction industrymarket, with its unique characteristics: excellent service, fast construction progress,good quality, having impacts on Laos, getting acceptation by the Laos. So, Chineseengineering quality supervision and management system could be used by theexisting system of Laos.Supervise the quality of the project is through the construction engineeringquality supervision management model, which is in charge of governmentadministrative department and participation of all parties.This paper analyzes the Laos construction engineering quality supervisionsystem, including problems of the Laos construction engineering quality supervisionmanagement system, and the current Lao construction engineering qualitysupervision system. This paper analyzed the construction engineering qualitysupervision and management system, learning the Chinese government on theconstruction project supervision and management experience as well as supervisionof management tools and methods so as to find out ways and means to fit Laosnational conditions, improve the existing construction project quality supervisionand management system in Laos. Enhance government service to produce safe,healthy and environmentally friendly buildings.
