The Positive And Negative Impacts Of The Laos-China Railway Project On Laos And China Relations

To develop the nation to be civilized and to achieve economic growth,the leader of Lao PDR considers clearly the essential role of transportation to this stage as former President Kaysone Phomvihane stressed:"transportation is the main role of the national economy" and the Lao government’s strategy to transform the country from a Landlocked to a Land-linked country.Therefore,the thesis recognizes to the important role and research on the positive and negative impacts of the Laos-China railway project on the Lao PDR.To study the results of this project,to analyze and summarize the advantages and disadvantages on the Lao PDR.Consequently,the data showed positive aspects has found in many fields and the negative ones also found that connect to the project that consider to a caused promote economy of the Lao PDR such as transport system networks,tourism,trading,education,and daily life of people.In addition,the analyzing also pointed to the strategies to protect the advantages and prevent disadvantages that will be impacted after the construction completed and these information will be concluded and considered as how this project enhance the relations between Laos-China?...
