| With the fast growth of the expressway mileage of our country, traffic volume ofexpressways also increasing, and some expressways being reconstructed from arterial roads,road surface and traffic facility of the majority of expressways are destroyed with differentdegrees. Maintenance and construction of expressway are becoming more and more frequent,and it has been one of the most important reasons for the traffic congestions and many trafficaccidents on the expressways. So, it is urgent to study traffic organization of expresswayworks sections.On the base of analyzing the domestic and foreign research present situation, the studymain content of this article is presented. The paper defines freeway reconstruction, summariesthe advantages and disadvantages of each reconstruction ways, analyses the trafficcharacteristic of freeway reconstruction. Based on above analysis, traffic organizations ofsubgrade, pavement, bridge, interchange and the emergency plans are proposed.Finally, based on the research results, this paper designs traffic organization andemergency plan of Jing-shi expressway. |
