Xiangshan Campus Of China Academy Of Fine Arts Research On The Educational Significance Of Architectural Design Symbol Innovation

With the continuous development and progress of Chinese society,the development of Chinese architecture is in urgent need of establishing its own identity.The perfect integration of traditional culture and modern architectural vocabulary has become an exploration way for the realization of innovation in architectural forms.The design of xiangshan campus of China academy of fine arts has broken through the traditional Chinese design language in form,combined with the architectural design symbol of modernism,and formed a new architectural design language.Xiangshan campus integrates the ideas and vocabulary of traditional Chinese garden construction in terms of color,material,shape and architectural layout,forming an architectural community with unique local architectural style.Through observing traditional landscape paintings,the architect wang shu comprehend the traditional Chinese literati’s thoughts on architectural construction,and tries to combine the architectural forms of folk houses in the south of the Yangtze river with campus buildings to express the campus buildings in the form of residential courtyards.In terms of building materials,local materials are used to focus on the use of discarded tiles with a sense of history,so that the new building has a historical memory and a good connection with modern people’s life scenes.The revival of traditional architectural handicrafts is not only a search for traditional Chinese culture,but also a redefinition of traditional handicrafts.From his design innovation,we can find that his ultimate ideal is to make people return to nature and find the resting place of body and mind through his architectural works.The formalization of the architectural form of modernism makes the overall architectural design become formalized,which ignores that architecture is not only a place for people to shelter from wind and rain,but also a physical space for the human mind to be placed.In the design of xiangshan campus,he tries to find a suitable living space for the contemporary people in an experimental way and find the nearly vanished poetic life.Facing China today in most cities the phenomenon of "thousand city side",monotonous in architectural form,which is formed by the architect too much emphasis on building use function,ignoring the people of different regions,different ethnic groups living habits,lack of deep understanding of life,caused the lack of regional characteristics and cultural connotation.This paper takes the architectural design of xiangshan campus of the Chinese academy of fine arts of the architect wang shu as the main object of study.From the perspective of architectural semiotics,this paper analyzes how his works transcend the conflict between east and west,between modernity and tradition,and achieve the organic integration of the contemporary era.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which systematically expounds the background,current situation and methods of the research.The second part is an overview of relevant concepts.It mainly discusses the geographical environment and architectural overview of the buildings of xiangshan campus of China academy of fine arts,and summarizes the life and awards of the architect wang shu.The third part is the research on the innovation of architectural design form symbol of xiangshan campus of China academy of fine arts,which is embodied in the space,layout,appearance,shape,color and material of the building.The fourth part is a further in-depth analysis of xiangshan campus buildings to achieve innovative architectural form design techniques and ideas,so as to summarize the traditional culture and modern architectural form of successful integration of a practical experience.The fifth part mainly expounds the experience of successful integration of traditional culture and modern architectural forms,which is education and enlightening significance for China’s construction industry and relevant practitioners who are in the process of confused exploration.Part six: conclusion.Summarize the research and get the results.
