Empirical Research On Innovation Model Of Architectural Design

Architecture and design firms is the leader among domestic architecture industry inChina. As a kind of architectural design enterprise, institute of architectural design did alot for explorations and achieved significant accomplishment. Architectural designcreation is the essential ingredient of development and competition. Used the methodsof empirical study, this paper described the process of architectural design creation inAnhui province objectively and rationally to present the basic law and creation mode.In this paper, architecture and design firms are divided into two basic parts, one isthe local institute, another is the external one which designed buildings in Anhuiprovince. I did the empirical study of design forces and the whole creation processaccording to investigating the institutes of architectural design in cities such as Hefei,Huangshan, Wuhu, Huainan and so on. Creation comes from management mode,organization structure, creation team and working environment; creation grows up in thestages of preparing, analyzing, developing and summarizing; creation changes in themode of designing process, for example, examples-transformation, analysis-synthesis,speculation-analysis, abstraction-feedback and so on. Architectural design creationmode is the creation information flow in the whole process, it is divided into four types,that is single-driven mode, straight line-coupling mode and cycle-dynamic mode.The original study of architectural design creation is either at the micro level or atthe macro level, it is harmful to the development of the integration of architecturecreation theory system. This paper bridged that gap; providing some reference forcreation in practice. In a word, this paper helped promoting the development ofarchitecture industry in Anhui province, which is developing more fastly than before.
