With the development of industrial automation needs, manipulator is more and more important in industrial applications. This paper can automatically capture and handling operations of the4-DOF hydraulic manipulator in this study. Use of a mechanical hand according to the action cycle and the working principle, design a manipulator hydraulic systems, fuel tanks and hydraulic components integrated block.First, the article describes the role of manipulator, the development actuality and trends of hydraulic-driven system, describes the hydraulic system program and the determination process and basis of the hydraulic system diagram. At the same time, it gives that the main performance specifications parameter of manipulator.Second, Article describes the design theory and method steps of hydraulic drive system. Comprehensive and detailed discussion the manipulator hydraulic systems of four-DOF hydraulic, the design of fuel tanks and hydraulic components integrated block.Finally using CAD software to protract the integration drawings and parts diagram drawing of hydraulic components manifold block, the drawing of fuel tank.
