Research And Development Of The Hydraulic Manifold Block Cad

As an important step in the design of hydraulic system ,the technique of manifold block CAD(Computer Aided Design) has been a valuable research subject in the hydraulic field .By means of the traditional design method of manifold block ,object-oriented methodology and optimization method ,feature-based and engineering database and graphic base technique ,a CAD system for manifold block has been explored and developed. The design of manifold block relation of assembly has been completed in this paper .The main work in this part include that the definition of block and engineering paper ,the extraction of the information of holes on the block ,and the transition from graphic information to data information has been realized in this part. According to the experience of traditional design ,the key problems in the design of manifold blockhe design of hole connection and checking have been further explored .Any two holes on the block which are to be connected or checked have been classified three state ,that is ,the two holes on the same plane ,the two holes on the opposite plane and on the neighbor plane ,and handled respectively .At the same time ,a series of method ,such as stratification and sequence method for multiple objective problems ,method of exhaustion and search method ,have been adopted in this system. The manifold block can be rebuilt in three-dimension solid and can be rotated and split freely. The system is of great importance in improving the design quality of hydraulic system and shortening the design period ,and it is also of benefits to further research.
