Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge across the Pearl River Estuary of China's water transportation is the busiest,the most dense waters of the ship is a ship out of China's most important southern port of Guangzhou Port,Shenzhen,Hong Kong,etc.must pass through. Building a bridge to the entire Pearl River Delta region and regional shipping and port development,port industrial layout,safety of maritime transport have a significant impact. Jiuzhou Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge across the fairway,river-sea direct shipping routes, the Green Island waterways,Neilingding West routes,the Tonggu Channel and the Hong Kong side of fairway.In addition,the bridge there are fishing boats and yachts area routes,in addition to a very small number of ocean-going fishing vessels,the tonnage of general in dozens of tons to 300 tons.Large number of these vessels,there is no fixed route,but a large ship traffic.Navigable waters of the ship as a result of the bridge density,complex navigation,ship navigation bridge is likely to endanger safety.According to deepen the study of the overall program needs,in order to protect the bridge and the ship's navigation safety,research non-navigation of the ship navigation rules of the district to assess the risk of the bridge and the ship impact force on the bridge design and navigation,such as safety management is very important.In this paper,based on the context of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project,fact,the crash phase of research results can be combined with natural conditions,the bridge district and navigation environment,the main reference to the adoption of VTS,AIS and other observations come to the bridge means to non-navigation vessel traffic flow observation data, analyzed the status of bridge safety waters,combined with non-navigation bridge program for non-navigation bridge to assess the risk of ship collision,the ship hit the bridge to establish the probability model and related parameters,proposed guidelines for acceptable risk.In this paper,also by calculating the impact force of ships,bridge piers based on non-navigation collision avoidance,and non-navigation bridge superstructure crash,and from both active and passive anti-collision on a bridge crash non-navigation specific research measures, recommended the use of stand-alone anti-collision measures for non-navigation bridge crash standards.
