| Yuebei is located in north of Guangdong Province, northern margin of the South Range, endangered South China Sea, terrain of the around, central low, surrounding is a mountain, the central is River valley plain of Bei River by Zhen River and Wu River intersection. As further expansion of the city, the rapid increase of population and more mountains less land, and the modern city of noise pollution and haze in the ash haze weather over in recent years over the city, the future development of mankind is closely related to mountain development and protection. Paper select this mountain residential in Yuebei as research subjects, from engineering, technology, livable, green, mountain factors, climate and regional culture of the Yuebei, discussing design methods,livability, and regional culture adaptive, in mountain residential design of Yuebei.This thesis has five chapters which can be divided into five parts. The first part (chapter Ⅰ)presents the subject of the study, its meaning and current status, and the framework of this thesis is presented. The second part (chapter Ⅱ)presents describes the detailed characteristic of the mountainous terrain, mountainous climate, ecosystems and other factors that also affect the hill housing such as the local culture in Guangzhou city. The third part (chapter Ⅲ) about the construction of mountain residential in Yuebei area, discuss the types, characteristics and existing problems. Part four (chapter Ⅳ) from mountain settlements planning, landscape, and building design, via the aspects of concrete analysis of mountain residence design measures, methods and principles. Part five (chapter Ⅴ) takes the design of two mountain area residential districts, YINGFENGCUIDI project in Shaoguan design by tutor as examples. The design that makes them adaptive to the environment and so popular is studied. Finally, several principles of design for mountain communities in Yuebei region are proposed. |
