The Research Of Tourist Town’s Characteristic Construction Based On Prot Ection Of Cultural Heritage

With the increase of urban and rural residents’ income, the people’s travelling demand is increasing year by year. In recent years, many town was built based on the tourist resources such as cultural heritage. The development of this have enriched our towns types. It can promote urban-rural integration development, can promote the constructure of urban infrastructure, can promote people’s employment and income, also canimprove the quality of life environment and carry forward national culture. Under thebackground of rapidly urbanization in China, many problems was arised in town construction. This study mainly research the town development based on the cultural heritage resources, and discuss the ways and means of town characteristics construction.First of all, thisi article analysis characteristics of town and tourism resources,explicit cultural heritage and cultural heritage protection impact on the tourism towns development, and put forward the characteristic path of tourist towns development.Second, this article analysis town characteristics, which the town development is based on the cultural heritage protection, know the characteristics components, formation and manifestation.Third, based on the above rationale, the auther discuss the way of characteristic construction from planning level. The way include flexible planning and rigid planningtwo levels. Flexible planning level include urban function and image location, surveyand evaluation of tourism resources, culture excavation of tourism resources, cultural theme planning, and the human behavior imfact on functional facilities selection. Rigidplanning levels include urban style, form, functional layout, node space, linear spaceand detail.Finally, the artcile take “gu-bei water town” as an example. The author analysis town tourism resources and culture, find out cultural characteristics, and use them to build town characteristic.“Gu-bei water town” would be a special tourist town.
