| In the context of the post-industrial era,traditional industrial towns generally face problems such as resource depletion,spatial decay,and massive population loss.How to rationally use abandoned industrial heritage,formulate corresponding protection strategies,and restore urban vitality is imminent.Therefore,this paper makes an empirical study on the protection and utilization of Tangdan historical and cultural town in Kunming.First of all,according to the field survey and literature review,the current characteristics of Tangdan are summarized from the aspects of industrial heritage composition,spatial and temporal distribution characteristics;secondly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate Tangdan historical and cultural town from four aspects : spatial characteristics,economic development,industrial heritage and social humanities.Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of cultural and creative industries,cultural tourism and park sites,this paper puts forward the protection and utilization strategy of Tangdan.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)Tangdan industrial heritage includes production industrial heritage such as mine site,production and processing facilities,transportation facilities,life industrial heritage and immaterial industrial heritage.(2)The value of Tangdan industrial heritage is the most prominent,followed by economic development and utilization and urban spatial form,and the ecological environment quality and social and cultural resources are weak.(3)From the three cases,it can be seen that the activation path of industrial heritage has cultural creativity activation,cultural tourism activation,park site protection and other utilization methods.(4)Put forward the protection and utilization strategies of Tangdan in four aspects,including regional coordination and industrial integration strategy,space reconstruction and function optimization strategy,cultural tourism development and activation strategy,industrial heritage activation and utilization strategy. |
