| With China’s rapid economic and social development in recent years, the power grid enterprises in size and complexity is increasing. About global power grid enterprises, including China’s, the number of big blackout has been increased year by year. The blackouts will not only make people’s live inconvenience, but also bring negative effects to social stability and economic development. At present, there are more power emergency research achievement, but most research concentrate on the practical process, lacking complete theoretical system supporting. Therefore, carrying out the research about theoretical model of power emergency management, and bring research results into Henan power grid, which can reduce the property loss of national in disaster blackout, is a very meaningful work. Undering the guidance of this theory system,The major objective of establishing power emergency management theory which can find common solutions in response to the inherent laws is to improve the power grid enterprise emergency management capacity, when the significant and unforeseen catastrophic power outage occured. This paper analyse the influence factors and general laws on the domestic and foreign large-area power outage events, sums up the reasons for the blackout accident. In view of the present situation for the grid enterprises in our country and the existing research results at home and abroad, this paper set up power emergency project management theory system according with China’s national conditions. Author also designs the relatively complete and scientific power emergency software system. Finally, the research results is tested by practice. Through the application of this software system, author find out the’s deficiency, and put forward reasonable suggestions for theory system’s further improved. |
