Rural grid is the basic facilities of rural rapid economic development, and the rural sustainable development is an important guarantee for rural sustainable economic development. This paper identifies risk factors which related to county-level rural power grids project, and establishes a county-level rural power grids project risk assessment system for the evaluation of rural power grids project risks. The work guides the construction of rural power grids project of great significance, which is a new topic of study in the new era the new environment. The main works are as follows:This paper sums up the characteristics of rural power grids project and gives the project implementation process of rural power grids, then given the risk of the project of rural power grids in each implementation process the degree of relationship. Based on Yaogezhuang110KV project in Gaomi city, this paper give a rural power grids project risk evaluation index system, respectively, FEAHP methods are using to evaluate research on the risk of the rural power grids project, then the evaluation results are given, which prove that the proposed method effectiveness in practice, and the management countermeasures are given, which gives a similar risk management to the corresponding reference.From this analysis we can see that the method can evaluate the rural power grids project risk Effectivity, and if the risks of rural power grids is to prevent, first, in the investment stage, it should be foucsed on load forecast risk control and management of social, environmental and financial risk; second, in the feasibility stage, it should be manage the technical, economic and design carefully; at last, in the construction stage, it should be improved construction, safe and financial management and the information system level. This paper give the comprehensive prevention suggestion of the risk management of rural power grids project, and raise the level of risk management of related project.
