The safety risk assessment improves the risk identification ability of employees and the safety risk assessment management level of the enterprise by making a more specific and detailed assessment of the safety risks that may be caused by the hazard source,so that the security risks faced by the enterprise are controllable,controllable and controlled..This paper researches,develops and designs a periodic safety risk assessment management system for rural power grids based on the latest ?Safety Risk Assessment Standards for Power Supply Enterprises? and ?Management Risk Prevention and Protection Manual for Power Supply Enterprises? prepared by State Grid Corporation.The system combines the previous work experience of ?Hazard Source Identification and Management? with the daily safety production of the enterprise,periodically evaluates the enterprise security risks,scientifically manages the enterprise security risk information,and deepens the risk assessment work.Through the research on the background,theory and method of security risk assessment,the key technologies needed for the design and development of periodic security risk assessment management information system are analyzed.Through the analysis of the system's functional requirements and security risk assessment management business process,the overall goal of the system design and the functional structure of the system are determined.The optimization of the stored procedure design was carried out to improve the storage efficiency of the system.The periodic security risk assessment management system requires powerful statistics and query functions.The system application report tool.crystal report completes the design of various statistics and query reports required by the system.The practical application of the system shows that the system can effectively improve the scientific and standardized level of safety risk assessment of agricultural power enterprises.
