The Research And Design On The High-Rise Residential

Entering the year of2011, our country’s urbanization rate has exceeded47%, how to solve the problem of accommodating more people living on the same land, became an urgent need under the Chinese national conditions to face. Therefore as high-rise residential has the unique advantage of optimal land utilization and creating a livable environment, it’s becoming the main force of our country’s construction development, but the dull forms of internal and external space makes the current high-rise residential generally appears homogenous characteristics.Meanwhile, everyone living in the modern society longs for social identity and self realization. Through the development of our country’s high-rise residential process, we can induce the changes of resident’s demand:from naissance of the residential quality from, to the family field are enhanced, and then to the plurality of residential design and the rise of individuation design’s integration, residential design is changing according to the different stages of social and people. With the diversification of the function and the refinement of life, human spiritual needs at different stages follows after different development, still in order to meet with different regional culture, different family structure and personality type. The individuation design of high-rise residential design reflect the people’s need of realizing the self-fulfilment.The article combines cases of high-rise residential design,and analysis in multidimensional aspects. The research process uses the form from the whole to partial, from the abstract to the specific, highlighting inform the point of overall planning and space environment treatment, the morphology of the public space and residential space design and the external morphological diversification design of the high-rise residential,put forward conceptual scheme to the future high-rise residential design. Then analysis the cases of representative of high-rise residential, on which the individuation design concept is perforative and put forward suggestions of the high-rise residential design. Finally analysis the relationship of individuation design and hommization design, proposed that individuation design of high-rise residential show real state of the life of people, is the foundation of humanization design.and then draw the conclusion of the whole research and put forward prospects for future research.
