The Study Of Credit Evaluation Of Foreign Supervision Of High Speed Railway

The first chapter of this paper describes the background and significance of introducing foreign supervision. The second chapter is about the domestic and foreign researches of supervision, as well as the study of credit management both. At present, there are lots of problems in the management of this industry. So it is a need to manage foreign supervision by the credit management combined with China’s national conditions and railway condition to maximize the role of supervision, providing standardized guidance of using of foreign supervision of projects.In the third chapter of this paper, based on the previous credit evaluation research, we study the literature and real status and construct the supervision enterprises credit evaluation system from behavior, capability and credit, behavior is evaluated by certification, human resources, business ability, equipment capacity, financial strength and capability is evaluated by integrity, honesty, integrity, safety performance integrity and social integrity. Credit records is evaluated by management and technical evaluation two aspects to reflect.In the fourth chapter of this article, we introduces the common methods of enterprise credit evaluation including expert scoring method, multivariate discriminant analysis method, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. First, we introduce each method to evaluate the content, the range of application, advantages and disadvantages, and then comparared with actual situation chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The biggest advantage of the method is not only to handle phenomena fuzzy and integrated various factors to overall effect effect, but also reflects people’s experience with digital. Its disadvatages are the poor cyclophos phamide self learning ability and the increase of inference process complexity.In the fifth chapter of this article we use the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge the two external supervision enterprises credit evaluation under the use of the data coming from questionnaires, and finally find out the result coincides with the actual situation, which means the method and indexes of evaluation are of correctness.The sixth part is the conclusion in which we summarize the whole paper, rise proposes and point out the lack of this reseach.
