In recent years, the development of high-speed railway in China has brought convenience for people’s travel, promote the development of national economy。 But on the other hand, for the reasons of short time to build, new technology and equipment to use, system complexity increasing, lack of management experience Etc. The high-speed railway faced more security problems. In order to eliminate the risk, protect the safety of rail transport. MOR party has made the deployment of the full implementation of Security Risk Management, emphasis on risk awareness, establish security risk management system.Risk assessment is an important part of safety management risk, what kind of understanding is what kind of risk prevention and control of the level of risk. In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for high-speed rail system to create multiple security evaluation system, through the security risk assessment, to find weaknesses in the system, receive safety management recommendations.First, through fault tree analysis and event tree analysis for railway common cause of the accident analysis and logical reasons sorting. Related theory, identify the three types of dangerous sources which caused rail accidents.Second, Combined hazard situations and the use of system security theory, analysis set out the high-speed railway safety factors affecting:human insecurity behavioral factors, equipment unsafe condition, environment and management of insecurity. On this basis, Use AHP to obtain index weight, and establish security risk assessment system.Third, based on the obtained Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail risk source data, sorting out the risk factors, combined with background information and incident data, use expert scoring method to determine the evaluation value. Finally, through fuzzy computing get safety evaluation value, obtained security weaknesses and recommendations.At last, according to the recommendations of safety assessment, establishment of a Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway risk management information system. Use information technology tools to manage risk source data and data compiled through the information system can serve as a security risk management and safety risk assessment of reference data.
