The Creation And Software Development Of Bags Innovative Design System Based On TRIZ Evolution Theory

Suitcase and bag, as a mankind created material product, has a longhistory. With the development of history and the variance of society, thecreation and development of suitcases and bags are not only related tothe change of clothing but also inextricably bound to the way peoplelive. The modern suitcase and bag design have become a practical artsubject and art creation with rich expression skills. As the speedydevelopment of science and technology and the escalation of people’sliving standard, people’s needs for things no longer only rest onmaterial level, and pay more attention to the needs for spiritual level onthe basis of material benefit. Under these circumstances, design hasbecome more complex and multi-disciplinary activities. Only bycreating constantly, can designers adapt to the development of thesociety. Through the innovation of design principles, suitcase and bagdesign has been given with new connotation on fabric selection,manufacture craft and form style. TRIZ theory is a systematicmethodology basing on knowledge, people-oriented. It was developedby Genrich Altshuller and his colleagues in the former USSR. TRIZresearch began with the hypothesis that there are universal principles ofinvention. These principles are the basis for creative innovations thatadvance technology. If these principles could be identified and codified,they could be taught people to make the process of invention morepredictable.At present, suitcase and bag design in China needs to be furtherimproved. Exchange and integration with other disciplines will be an important direction in the development of modern suitcase and bagdesign. TRIZ contains a number of systemic, scientific and operativecreative thinking modes and analysis method. TRIZ, as universal law,plays a role of "Methodology" class guidance and inspiration ininvention-creation. It is not only a pure theory, but also provides areference mode of thinking how to find solutions to problems.Meanwhile, it provides us a lot of effective approaches to deal withproblems. Such as40inventive principles, Contradiction Matrix, etc.In short, TRIZ, as a compound of identifying, analyzing and solvingproblems, is an innovation theory.The applications of TRIZ in suitcase and bag design have beenanalyzed in this thesis. Combining technological evolution theory, thecore theory of TRIZ, human machine engineering and design theories;the thesis provided design methods suitable for suitcase and baginnovation, and summed up a set of innovative design system forsuitcase and bag design. Combining the design of multi-functionalsuitcase and bag, the thesis aimed at summing up a set of intelligentsystem for suitcase and bag design. The product feature, evolutionarypattern and inventive principle can be searched through the searchingmodule of the system. Meantime the information in this system can bemodified, added and deleted by corresponding module. Proving a goodreference to designers to make suitcase and bag design more scientific,thus making our suitcase and bag products more novel.
