In the context of global demand for environmental protection and clean energy,more and more electric vehicles are appearing in our lives.In view of the need of carrying luggage and mobile traffic in large venues,this paper designed a new type of dynamic suitcase car,which can realize electric dirve,manned movement,storage,folding and contraction,portable use,etc.Based on the ergonomics in the product design of the demand analysis,concept design,preliminary design,detailed design and overall design of the five stages of the method of research and development for dynamic suitcase car.The main contents of the paper are as follows:From the demand analysis,we get the content of the user's instinctive demand,emotional demand and additional demand for dynamic suitcase car.In the analysis of "human-machine-environment",we get the auditor of the dynamic suitcase,the design orientation,the positioning,the composition of the product and the action composition of using the product,and the environment and place of suitable use of the product.Meanwhile,its usage patterns are explored,such as personal consumer products,public products or shared products.The basic structure of the dynamic suitcase car is designed.The surface of the dynamic suitcase car is analyzed by CMF.And the corresponding CMF programs for different types of users is used to simulate in software KeyShot.The functional dimensions of its constituent structures are analyzed and identified by using the theory of anthropometry.The improved three-dimensional model is established in software SolidWorks.The model is analyzed and evaluated by ergonomics in man-machine module of software Pro/E,for verifying the rationlisation of structures and sizes of the module.Firstly,taking the box structure as an example,it is researched in software ANSYS that static analysis,topological optimization and modal analysis of it,for lightweight designing under the condition of normal use.Secondly,the virtual prototype of "humanvehicle-road" model is created in software ADAMS.On the one hand,the theoretical calculation and simulation test of the running performance of the climbing,turning and linear motion are carried out respectively.On the other hand,the ride comfort research is conducted for crossing the pulse input and random rough pavement at different speeds.Then two aspects will be researched for verifying the movement rationlisation and comefort of user driving the dynamic suitcase car.The above research contents provide theoretical guidance for the future development of solid prototype and the research of new products.
