| Along with social progress and economic development, market competition is increasingly fierce, meanwhile, environmental issues are increasingly serious, energy and resources are decreasing with each passing day. All above force companies to increase market sensitivity, accelerating the product design process, to generate the product with low energy and resources consuming and low emission. Against this backdrop, Eco-Design has been emerging globally. The basic idea of Eco-Design is considering environmental factors in product design at the first place, taking environmental performance into account, to make the product for the minimum impact on the environment.Eco-Design methods are studied in this paper. Aim to avoid detours in design process and increase design efficiency, based on the respective advantages of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR), Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), integrating fuzzy sets to make evaluation for products, a Eco-Design model is proposed. Firstly, a database with product characteristic properties is established, in which every product need to make the green evaluation based on fuzzy sets. Then a target case is generated through laws of evolution in TRIZ which can meet the consumers' needs of excitatory. After that, a new case is established through reusing the source case which is most similar to the target case based on similarity calculation. Considering the seven Eco-Design targets of WBCSD, root causes are yielded through tools in TOC. Applying TRIZ tools, Eco-Design case is finally formed and considered as a source case in the database updating.The model in this paper is systematic and integrity. The model is applied on the Eco-Design of wiring board to get a Eco-Design case successfully, verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the model, playing a reference for Eco-Design of similar products. |
