Study On Decision Support System Of Railway Bureaus Daily Loading Plan Based On The Maximization Benefits

The approval of railway bureaus daily loading plan is a very important work of railway bureaus, it also has a closely relation to the freight transport benefits of railway bureaus. Therefore, studying on the approval optimization of the daily loading plan based on the maxization benefits in railway bureaus makes great significance to the development of railway bureaus.On the basis of the summary of the research status at home and abroad, the concepts related to the freight transport benefits are described first, then the calculation methods of the freight transport liquidation income and costs are summarized. Whereafter, by taking a single car of railway bureau as a research object, its benefits calculation methods and influencing factors are analyzed. Then, the process of the railway bureaus daily loading plan approval is analyzed and studied, and the calculating process of the single car transport benefits of the daily loading plan is designed.On this basis, target at the maxization benefits in railway bureaus, the model of the approval optimization of the daily loading plan is established, the model solving algorithm and case study are given combined with the ILOG CPLEX optimization software. At last, the decision support system of railway bureaus daily loading plan approval based on the maximization benefits is designed and developed.
