Study On The Railway Freight Transport Integration System And Project Design

In recent years, the freight transport integration has become the common trend of railway development in the world. In many developed countries such as USA, Japan, Germany, Russia, railway freight transport integration has been developed to a very high level. Railway freight transport integration plays an important role in realizing the modernization of railway freight transportation and improving the market share of railway freight. According to our country’s development status of railway freight transportation, developing the freight transport integration should be the focus and goal of our country’s railway for a long period of time from now on.Based on the experience analysis of railway freight transport integration abroad, and the overview of the developing mode, models and methods of location and area division in the freight transport integration, this thesis proposed the railway freight transport integration system of our country. This thesis analyzed the composition and hierarchical relationship of this system, and the integration of freight flow and wagon flow in this system in detail. The thesis focused on the design method of railway freight transport integration, mainly including the location of freight centeral station and freight organization area division. To solve the problem of freight central station location, this thesis used the ABC analysis method for the primary selection, and used the grey comprehensive evaluation model which is based on AHP for the second selection. And this thesis used the electron cloud model for freight organization area division. At last, take the Beijing Railway Bureau as an example, the proposed freight central station location method and freight organization area division method were demonstrated.
