Building space as the important proposition in the architectural design, which is an approach to realize the function of buildings. The organization and design of Architecture space should correspond to its function and orientation. This paper argues that the center of the Architecture space organization——the center space of Architecture, not only has higher design potential, but plays an important part in organizing the other space as well. Based on the graph theory as research methods, this paper tries to set up a model of centrality of architecture space. This model is intended to define center space and its relationship with other spatial units objectively, and verify the feasibility of this method through instances analysis. Thus we can provide references for the architecture designing and improve the rationality in the organization and utilization of space. The article divides into four parts. The first part has analyzed the research situation of the center space both at home and abroad. Through to the predecessor’s research on the cognition of space aspect and the quantitative analysis of space, further to define the scope and methods of this research; The second part has described the connotation of space and the relationship between space and buliding systematic. Explore the evolution trend of the center space through the study of the development history of architectural space, Elaborate the value and significance of quantify define the central space; The third part as the focus of this article, first, introduced each theoretical basis of this research systematic. Explain the supporting role played by the various theories in this article. Then elaborated on the quantitative analysis methods of space centrality in this study; The fourth part through three representative examples, research and verify the feasibility and value in the analysis of relationship between architectural spaces.
