| With the rapid development of China’s aviation logistics industry in recent years,governments at all levels have issued relevant policies and development opinions on the development of aviation logistics.The policies and development opinions issued in many places have mentioned the need to build local airports into national aviation logistics centers,or even global aviation logistics centers.This has led to the development and functional positioning of these airports with local government-led and corporate self-organization behavior.The lack of a scientific division of labor is not conducive to the intensive allocation and efficient development of China’s aviation logistics resources.In this context,the positioning of China’s aviation logistics center and the establishment of a hierarchical system are the issues that need to be solved.The article first rationally defines the concept and connotation of aviation logistics center,and sorts out related research literature.Secondly,the aviation logistics center is the most basic constituent unit of the aviation logistics center.It is extremely important for the construction of the level system of the aviation logistics center in China.Next,the development status of the aviation logistics center in China and the typical cases of domestic and foreign aviation logistics centers are analyzed.Including Incheon Airport,Memphis Airport and Hong Kong Airport.On the basis of this analysis,combined with the relevant studies of domestic and foreign scholars,the factors affecting China’s aviation logistics center are summarized and analyzed.Based on this,a rating evaluation system for China’s aviation logistics center is constructed.The five first-level indicators include the market development potential,comprehensive traffic conditions,basic logistics elements,airport infrastructure,and related support factors.Then,using the information entropy multi-attribute decision-making and the central place theory,the airport studied in this article was divided into 4 different levels of aviation logistics centers.Then the gravity model was used to calculate the radiation range of different levels of aviation logistics centers.According to the calculation,As a result,1 primary aviation logistics center is an international aviation logistics center,2 secondary aviation logistics centers are a national aviation logistics center,and 13 tertiary aviation logistics centers are a regional aviation logistics center.The four-level aviation logistics center is the hierarchical system of China’s aviation logistics centers.Finally,suggestions are made on the development of different levels of aviation logistics centers and the entire aviation logistics center system. |
