As for Zhengzhou, its famous high schools have become a "battlefield" in recent years where parents of the students fought each other by their social relations and economic strength.School buildings are not built in the air, and they are related to many factors including culture, change of population, economic development, social environment, demand for environmental change, and local competition, etc. Modern school buildings also have their designs oriented by the scientific development and pursuit of the age.To further meet the social and economic development of Zhengzhou, implement the "Education priority" development strategy, and relieve the enrollment pressure in urban area, Zhengzhou has set solving the difficulty in enrollment of high school as one of its practical projects for the people, for which it will, on the one hand, increase financial input in both municipal and district levels, and on the other hand it will raise fund in multiple channels and formulate preferential and incentive policies to encourage non-government sectors to run schools.This subject study discusses the basis, necessity, feasibility and conditions of the project in accordance with the national regulations for the scope and depth of the work at the feasibility study stage, makes comprehensive research, analysis and assessment in various aspects of the project including construction scale, scheme, environmental protection, energy conservation, and cost control, etc. to provide reliable basis for the project construction.
