Highway Construction Project Quality-schedule Excellence Management Mode Research

Expressway is the main backbone of the transportation network, the effect of expresswayconstruction projects directly affect the interests of the parties involved, and at the same timeaffect the satisfaction of social needs. Through the development of the expresshwayconstruction project management modes we will find that quality management is not to beimplemented in accordance with the program requirements; schedule management lacks offlexibility; Although the quality and schedule have their own monitoring system, but the twoobjectives are not become one. Driven by increasingly high demand for personalized, how toguarantee period based on high quality to achieve multi-win-win situation is a problem to besolved.Therefore,the study of " expressway construction project quality-schedule excellencemanagement mode " has become very necessary.Firstly, this article elaborated the theoretical support for putting forward quality-schedule excellence management mode, introduced the connotation and managementcharacteristics of excellence performance theory, analyzed the correlation of expresswayquality and schedule. explored all kinds of traditional management mode of construction,principle, characteristic and development guided by the project management theory and goalcoordination management theory,putted forward a new project management mode--"expressway construction project quality-schedule excellence management mode "anddefined its connotation.And on this basis this article summarized the pattern characteristics,discussed the main body, object, factors of quality-schedule excellence management,explained the superiority of the model. And on that basis, constructed the quality-scheduleexcellence management mode, then respectively conducted a much deeper study of the fivesubsystems which formed this mode.After that,this atricle applied the grey target theory andFUZZY AHP to establish the dependability standard computing model of expresswayconstruction project quality-schedule excellence management mode. the average of twomethods as quality-schedule excellence management dependability standard support aevaluation criterion for mode’s concrete application and implementation. Finally, this paperchose the ninth contract bid of HQ expressway construction projects to rely on and collectedthe raw data from the HQ project, with considering the specific implementation of management mode, presents the quality and time integrated control model by usingmulti-objects utility function theory,then the reliability of quality-schedule excellencemanagement is determined and the final conclusion was got.This paper attempted to build " expressway construction project quality-scheduleexcellence management mode", and determine the reliability standard of this mode’simplementation. All of that enriched expressway construction project management theory, atthe same time play a guiding role in the expressway construction project management.
