Renewing Method Of Development In Historical District By The Philosophy Of Symbiosis

People began to focus on the development and rebuilt of the traditional historical blocks under the information and urbanization’s double background.Because the majority of the historical blocks is located in the intermediate area of the old city,it has the geographical advantages and a big appreciation space of land development,while the ruined physical environment and dated service facilities is ready to be improved in a hurry for the citizen’s living.It makes China face to many issues in the expansion of the historical blocks because of the research on it is lagged behind,added to the contradiction and complication.For reflecting the overall and compatible historical trends in renewal,this article uses Mr kurofawa’s the Philosophy of Symbiosis for reference,pulls the symbiosis theory in the area of historical blocks’ rebuilding strategy research,and attempts to make a innovative interpretation for renewing the historical blocks from the viewpoint of symbiosis.This project’s research is based on the philosophy of symbiosis theory.proposes the core tasks and major technology line of this study further--establish a systematic and integral historical blocks rebuilding strategy research system as a foundation,then reach a specific and rich targeted guiding design proposal,make the key prominent in view of the following three points. Pointl,based on the need of overall open to rebuild and develop blocks(also may call it as the need of outward style),put forward to the block--analyse urban environment symbiosis strategy. Point2,based on the need of objective ontology to rebuild and develop blocks(also may call it as the need of inward style),put forward to the time--analyse spatial multidimensional symbiosis strategy. Point3,based on the need of humanities quality to rebuild and develop blocks(also may call it as the need of cultural style),put forward to the community--analyse compatible culture symbiosis strategy.Besides,in the process of form and consummate the specific plan,this article always stressed the principle of strategy research,moderate and dialectical,to highlight the adjust to current China’s socia economy overall level of development. Finally,this article achieve the forming specific strategies’ system integration through building a Comprehensive Evaluation System of Rebuildng and Developing the Historical Blocks,so as to embody the integrity of the research results and the overall effectiveness of the strategy group.
