Research On The Protection And Renewal Strategies Of Historical And Cultural Blocks From The Perspective Of Space Production

With the acceleration of urbanization,the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks are increasingly receiving attention.This study is guided by the theory of spatial production and aims to explore strategies and practices for the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks.Firstly,this article summarizes and elaborates on the theory of spatial production.According to the theory of space production,space is the product of social relations and is constantly produced,reproduction and consumed.In this process,multiple factors such as culture,history,society,and economy interact to shape the uniqueness of urban space.Therefore,the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks need to seek solutions in the multi-dimensional spatial relations of production.Secondly,the problems faced by the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks were analyzed.Through the introduction of Tianzifang and Xintiandi,two historical and cultural blocks in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons behind the space production of historical and cultural blocks.In the process of block space production,the government and enterprises jointly lead the main direction of block development,while residents participate less in the renewal process due to the lack of discourse power,which leads to spatial injustice.So,how to balance the interests of all parties,achieve the unity of the material,spiritual,and social attributes of space,and ensure the justice of space,is an urgent issue that we need to solve.On this basis,a design strategy that takes into account all parties is proposed.In addition,introducing the renewal design cases of three ancient towns in Jiangxi Province,analyzing the current development status and renewal design process of historical and cultural blocks in Jiangxi Province,laying the foundation for the renovation design of Yanshan Hekou Ancient Town in Jiangxi Province in the following text.Finally,in response to the current situation of Hekou Ancient Town,the factors affecting its spatial production are analyzed.Based on the triple attributes of space,strategies such as improving the road network system,establishing a navigation system,and reproducing local culture are proposed,providing reference for promoting the sustainable development of Hekou Ancient Town in Yanshan.
