Research For The Adaptability Of China’s Coastal Port Road Collection And Distribution System

As an important way in China’s coastal port collection and distribution system, road transportation has not only played a leading role in container and other goods transportation, but also played an important complementary role in coal, metal ores and refined oil and bulk cargo transportation. Along with the port transportation volume continuing to grow rapidly, the capacity of rear road transportation channel will be tight. Promptly improving and enhancing already built port road transportation system and reasonable planning and reserving not built port road transportation resources problems need to be solved urgently.On the basis of analysis of current situation in China’s coastal port transportation system and organizing related coastal port road transportation system theory, the research has analyzed the relevant between the productive berths design throughput capacity and the generating road transportation traffic volume. Through the different regression methods, the corresponding regression models, which are about the productive berths design throughput capacity and the generating road transportation traffic volume, are put forward, and the effectiveness of the models are verified. Based on the proposed road transportation traffic volume regression models, the coastal port road transportation adaptability analysis methods are given out.On the analysis of China’s coastal port road transportation system present situation, the adaptability of coastal port road collection and distribution system is analyzed based on the regression models. The present road transportation channel capacity coefficient and ultimate road transportation channel capacity coefficient provide the reference for promptly improving and enhancing already built port road transportation system and reasonable planning and reserving not built port road transportation resources. For the present situation and existence question of port expressways, the layout of coastal major port expressways is optimized. The expressway connection port reference standards provide the basis for coastal port timely construction of the corresponding scale of expressway.
