An Analysis Of The Present Condition Of Chinese Coastal Oil Port Development

As a kind of energy strategic materials, oil is the lifeblood of the national economy. China is a consuming and importing country of crude oil, during imports has increased, port is an important node which completes import and export transportation, therefore, the development of the coastal oil port of China has important influence on oil imports. And, the construction investment of port is great, along with the development of national economy; the construction process of large-scale crude oil berths has been gradually accelerated. Whether ability meets demand or has a surplus of phenomenon, it affects the development of Chinese coastal oil port and the overall layout, the research of the current situation of its development also appears particularly important.At first, this paper introduces the overall situation, such as Chinese crude oil's production, oil's demand, oil's import and export, and analyzes that the crude oil demand exceeds supply, the increasing of imports heavily dependent on imports, so this paper need to research the development of Chinese coastal oil port. Secondly, focusing on the five major ports, the paper introduces the history and current development of them, statistics the situation of the large-scale crude oil dock, including the current ones, the ones under construction, and the ones to build. And then predicts the next five years Chinese crude oil import and export volume with the time series forecasting model, and finds the main problems of the development of the coastal oil port, as the same time, the paper addresses them.
